This event is designed for families of children at any age and disability.
A variety of representatives will be present at information booths to visit with you such as:
Office of disability services at local colleges
Post-secondary education programs designed for individuals with disabilities
Employment services and apprenticeships (DARS)
Agency services for children with developmental disabilities and autism (MHMRA)
Respite and day habilitation programs – Medicaid Waivers
ABA therapy providers
Local community organizations who support individuals with disabilities and their families
The goal is to connect you with services and supports that will help your child in succeeding in life, reaching his or her personal goals, and living an independent and quality life out in the community.
The earlier the better to start making community connections and preparing for life after high school.
