With a nice view of the bay, two large playgrounds, an ocean breeze and new Dolphin Lagoon splash pad, this park off Nasa Parkway is a favorite with families in Clear Lake. Also a good place to catch fish (do NOT eat them–there is a health advisory) and put a boat in. While my kids are too old for splash pads, this is nice park for a picnic or family gathering.
You’re also just down the road from a kayak, paddle board and boat rental place called Pinky’s. This family got special permission to fish in this spot next to the boat rental place and a bridge. While I was there they caught a small golden croaker.
